The business problem behind the build

The platform supports teams that need campaign automation, inbound/outbound communications, phone number mapping, live call visibility, contacts, branches and fax workflows in one place.

Challenges

  • Communication activity was spread across CRM tools, telephony systems, SMS providers and fax workflows.
  • Teams needed contact syncing, campaign sequencing and webhook-based automation.
  • 3CX and Twilio workflows required tenant-aware settings, retries and operational logging.
  • Live call and phone number mapping needed to be manageable from an admin portal.

Goals

  • Centralize contacts, branches, campaigns, numbers, SmartFax and live-call modules.
  • Automate SMS and voice campaign execution with provider logs and campaign stats.
  • Connect Twilio, GHL, HubSpot and 3CX workflows through webhooks and cron jobs.
  • Make telecom configuration manageable for non-engineering operations teams.

Outcomes

What changed once the system fit the workflow

The goal of each engagement is practical operational improvement: fewer manual handoffs, clearer visibility and a stronger platform for future work.

Built campaign modules with SMS/voice logs, steps, triggers, stats and scheduling data.

Added Twilio inbound, Twilio event streams, GHL SMS and contact sync webhook handling.

Implemented 3CX call-control, active-call proxying, phonebook sync and duplicate cleanup workflows.
